Position Summary:
This position is a transformation leadership role supporting Mentor’s participation in Project Transcend, Johnson & Johnson’s global ERP transformation to SAP S4/HANA and its connected digital ecosystem.
The Sr. Manager, Transcend Program Lead serves as the single threaded leader for Mentor’s end-to-end ERP transformation through Project Transcend. This role is accountable for translating global program design into Mentor specific execution, ensuring alignment across all business functions and technology ecosystems. The role combines enterprise program governance with hands-on project execution, leading all aspects of Mentor’s readiness, deployment, and stabilization. This includes ownership of business continuity, customer experience, and commercial performance throughout the transformation. This individual acts as the primary bridge between global Transcend program teams and Mentor business leadership, ensuring Mentor requirements are represented, risks are proactively managed, and the organization is fully prepared to operate in the future state environment.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$122,000.00 - $212,750.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year.
