This role is crucial as it leads a team dedicated to nurturing the customer experience in the oncology sector. As part of this position, you will be responsible for setting scalable goals, overseeing onboarding processes, and addressing client concerns effectively. The ideal candidate will also identify opportunities to enhance revenue while fostering a strong relationship between the sales and customer success teams. Accountabilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Customer Success Managers.
  • Maintain your own functional area during coverage times.
  • Collaborate with sales partners to align goals.
  • Develop the team as an individual unit aligned with business objectives.
  • Champion customer experience through cross-functional visibility.
  • Resolve client complaints and escalations effectively.
  • Aim to exceed business metrics such as customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Support team initiatives and policy deployments.
  • Communicate departmental and employee concerns judiciously.
  • Handle PHI in compliance with privacy regulations.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • At least 5 years of sales or support experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer success or client retention role.
  • Successful track record in achieving customer success goals.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Capability to think strategically while executing tactically.
  • Ability to work independently with intrinsic motivation.
  • Proven leadership and team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong time management with prioritization skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Gmail, and Salesforce.com.
