To keep pace, we are bringing on a <strong>Sr. Manager, Retail Operations & Insights</strong> to serve as the <strong>operational and analytical backbone</strong> of the Retail team.</p><p>Behind every successful retailer launch and category win are dozens of operational details that must be executed with speed and precision. <strong>This team member will be the subject matter expert in retailer and distributor requirements, owning the workflows that keep our retail engine running — both internally and externally.</strong> By managing these processes with accuracy and consistency, and continually driving improvements, this team member ensures ARMRA’s retail execution is seamless, compliant, and built to scale.</p><p>Equally important, this team member will deliver <strong>clean, reliable access to retail performance data.</strong> By aggregating syndicated sources (SPINS, Nielsen, retailer POS feeds) into dashboards, scorecards, and reporting, they will provide the visibility needed for smarter planning and faster decision-making. With timely, actionable data at its fingertips, the business can confidently drive category storytelling, promotional planning, and commercial execution.</p><p><strong>Impact Across the Business</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Retail Execution:</strong> Strengthened through accurate, on-time completion of item setup, portal updates, deductions, and compliance documentation.</li><li><strong>GTM Strategy:</strong> Supported by reliable reporting and insights that inform launch plans, promotions, and category positioning.</li><li><strong>Marketing:</strong> Enhanced with sharper visibility into category performance and competitive dynamics, ensuring activations and shopper programs are grounded in reliable insights.</li><li><strong>Finance:</strong> Enabled with aligned, accurate tracking of deductions, chargebacks, and sell-through performance.</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Operational Excellence & Process Improvement</p><ul><li>Own daily retail operations processes, including item setup, portal management, compliance documentation, and distributor coordination.</li><li>Ensure speed, accuracy, and consistency across retailer and distributor requirements.</li><li>Identify and surface operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements that streamline workflows and scale with growth.</li></ul><p>Category Insights & Reporting</p><ul><li>Collect, analyze, and report on syndicated and retailer data (SPINS, Nielsen, IRI, retailer POS).</li><li>Build dashboards and scorecards that track velocity, distribution, sell-through, and promotional effectiveness.</li><li>Provide reporting and insights that inform assortment, pricing, and promotional planning discussions.</li><li>Prepare category insight packages that support retailer conversations and internal planning.</li></ul><p>Promotional Strategy Support & Trade Spend Analysis</p><ul><li>Partner with Finance to analyze deductions, chargebacks, and trade spend ROI.</li><li>Evaluate promotional calendars and shopper programs with data-backed insights.</li><li>Surface opportunities to improve trade spend efficiency and promotional effectiveness.</li></ul><p>Cross-Functional Integration</p><ul><li>Provide Finance with accurate, timely retail reporting aligned with financial tracking.</li><li>Share insights with Marketing and Retail Leadership to inform launches, category storytelling, and in-store activations.</li><li>Deliver standardized reporting frameworks that align the broader organization on retail performance and GTM priorities.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications & Skills: </strong></p><ul><li>3–6 years in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), ideally in <strong>Retail Operations, Category Management, or Retail Insights</strong>.</li><li>Experience in RTD, wellness, or functional categories is a strong plus.</li><li>Proficiency in syndicated data tools (SPINS, Nielsen, IRI, retailer POS).</li><li>Skilled at building reporting systems that provide clarity and increase visibility into performance.</li><li>Strong communicator who can distill complex data into simple, actionable outputs.</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven; thrives in high-growth environments.</li></ul><p><em>We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
