OUR STORY
Letâs be honest: there are lots of people out there doing what we do. Weâre just not convinced theyâre doing it right. Businesses are hungry for innovation and opportunity, but not at the cost of their independence. At Ollion, weâve connected companies and capabilities around the world to help ambitious organizations make the most of their transformation and leave the status quo in the dust.
WORKING AT OLLION
Innovation is risky. It demands bold steps and big questions, but thatâs the price of making change. Weâve got our head in the cloud and two feet on the ground, channeling techâs endless potential towards a single goal: making a world of difference. And weâre building a global team to do just thatâ a team capable of making game-changing breakthroughs without ever losing sight of the people it will impact. This is more than consulting. This is the change you can be.
THE OLLION DIFFERENCE

DIVERSITY AT OLLIONÂ
One of our cultural keystones, âFind the angleâ recognizes that every individual has different aspirations, needs and brings a unique perspective.Â

As our commitment to diversity and inclusion is reflected in our:Â
As the Sr. Manager North America Delivery, you are responsible for the health, growth, and excellence of the North America implementation organization. While our Solutions Architects define the "vision," you and your team own the "reality." You will lead the engineers and project staff who build, migrate, and run client environments. Your mission is to ensure seamless transitions from initial migration and project delivery into long-term managed operations, all while maintaining elite technical standards
Responsibilities:
Key Leadership & NA Operations:
Total Personnel Oversight: Direct leadership of all NA Delivery personnel across the ProServe and Managed Services business units. You lead the implementation teams responsible for bringing architectural designs to life.
Delivery Excellence & Metrics: Accountable for achieving regional billable utilization targets and maintaining superior delivery quality. While you do not own the P&L, you are responsible for the operational levers that drive project success and customer satisfaction.
Technical Feasibility & Hand-off: Partner closely with Solutions Architecture to perform "deployability" reviews. You act as the bridge between design and execution, ensuring proposed architectures are operationally sound and implementable.
Global Resource Strategy: Effectively collaborate to integrate and manage offshore resources to lower the total cost to deliver, ensuring high-quality output remains consistent across global time zones.
Efficiency & AI Innovation: Lead the charge in using AI and automation (e.g., automated code conversion, predictive risk analysis, and auto-gen documentation) to lower delivery costs and increase speed-to-market.
Unified Execution Strategy: Bridge the gap between project-based builds and long-term managed support, ensuring that every migration project is executed with "Day Two" operational readiness in mind.
Migration & Implementation Authority:
Migration Execution Leadership: Act as the strategic lead for all North American migration engagements, leveraging 8+ years of experience to navigate complex data center exits and cloud-to-cloud transformations.
Program & Funding Expertise: Deeply utilize AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP) and Optimization and Licensing Assessments (OLA) to streamline migration funding and technical execution.
Tooling Advocacy: Drive the use of industry-leading migration platforms, specifically Matilda Cloud, to automate discovery and accelerate migration workstreams.
Modernization Oversight: Oversee the implementation of cloud-native principles (IaC, Kubernetes, Serverless) to ensure client environments are scalable, automated, and maintainable.
Expertise you bringÂ
Leadership Depth: Experience: 10â12+ years in engineering and cloud architecture, with at least 5 years of management experience overseeing multi-disciplinary implementation teams.
Cloud & DevOps Mastery: Proven leadership managing large, distributed teams driving end-to-end delivery of cloud operations (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Program Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of AWS MAP requirements, OLA processes, and experience with Matilda Cloud or similar migration automation tooling.
Operational Focus: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding utilization targets and delivery KPIs in a professional services environment.
Global Delivery Expertise: Experience working with offshore teams to optimize project costs without sacrificing quality or security.
Execution Mindset: Deep expertise in taking high-level architectural designs and translating them into actionable engineering workstreams.
Strategic Communication: Elite ability to facilitate dialogue between deep engineering teams and non-technical C-level stakeholders.
Contractual Sharpness: Ability to dissect complex SOWs to identify "hidden" risks in resourcing or skill requirements.
The "Doer" Mentality: Proven ability to âroll-up your sleeveâ and assist as an escalation point with complex delivery issues, while simultaneously attending to the management needs of a team.
Education and Certifications (Preferred)
Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Business, IT, or Engineering.
Governance: ITIL 4 Managing Professional (MP) or Strategic Leader (SL) highly preferred.
Project Management: PMP or equivalent resource management certifications required or strongly preferred.
Cloud Literacy: Foundational certifications in a minimum of 2 different CSPs (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
