This leader will ensure that our GTM teams leverage technology and AI to maximise productivity and effectiveness while aligning with our business objectives. This role requires a forward-thinking strategist who is deeply knowledgeable about AI-driven automation, workflow optimisation, sales and revenue operations, and enablement best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of driving continuous improvement through technology and operational excellence, with a passion for equipping teams with the tools and skills they need to succeed. WHAT YOU’LL DO Tool & Platform Optimization for GTM Teams <ul><li>Enable the field on all GTM-related tools and platforms, ensuring they are effectively leveraged to drive productivity. </li><li>Optimise the usage of platforms such as Gong, Aviso, Salesforce, Outreach, Demand base, Seismic and others to enhance team performance. </li><li>Define best practices, governance, and adoption strategies for technology utilisation within the GTM organisation. </li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams (RevOps, Product Marketing, IT) to integrate and streamline GTM workflows. </li></ul>Enablement AI Strategy & GTM AI Proficiency <ul><li>Develop and execute an AI enablement strategy that ensures the GTM organisation is proficient in generative AI and agentic AI applications across workflows. </li><li>Research, recommend, and implement AI-driven solutions to improve automation, forecasting, customer insights, and productivity. </li><li>Educate and train teams on how to leverage AI tools effectively in their day-to-day workflows. </li><li>Stay ahead of AI trends and continuously evolve our AI strategy to align with industry advancements and company goals. </li></ul>GTM Excellence Team Optimization <ul><li>Oversee how the GTM Excellence team uses tools and platforms to drive efficiency and effectiveness in supporting the broader GTM organisation. </li><li>Identify and implement workflow automation and AI-driven insights that improve the impact of GTM excellence programs. </li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the ability of GTM Excellence to deliver value. </li></ul>Enablement, Training & Revenue Operations Support <ul><li>Work closely with Revenue Operations (RevOps) to ensure GTM teams are fully enabled on all tools, platforms, and processes. </li><li>Develop and implement comprehensive training programs that improve tool adoption and proficiency. </li><li>Act as a strategic partner to RevOps in defining system processes, data integrity, and automation opportunities. </li><li>Provide guidance on best practices for technology-driven sales enablement. </li></ul>WHAT YOU’LL BRING <ul><li>8+ years of experience in GTM, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or related fields. </li><li>Proven track record of optimising AI, automation, and productivity tools within GTM organisations. </li><li>Expertise in AI-driven sales enablement, workflow automation, and process architecture. </li><li>Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Workday, Gong, Aviso, and other GTM platforms. </li><li>Ability to translate complex systems and workflows into digestible, actionable frameworks. </li><li>Experience driving change management and adoption of new technologies within a fast-paced organisation. </li><li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. </li><li>Forward-thinking mindset with a passion for leveraging technology to drive business outcomes. </li></ul>WHY JOIN US<span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":false,"134233118":false,"134245418":true,"134245529":true,"201341983":0,"335551550":1,"335551620":1,"335559685":0,"335559737":0,"335559738":281,"335559739":281,"335559740":279}"> <ul><li>Be at the forefront of AI-driven GTM transformation. </li><li>Lead a high-impact function within a fast-growing organisation. </li><li>Work alongside top-tier leadership and strategic GTM teams. </li><li>Shape the future of how we use technology to drive growth and efficiency. </li></ul>If you are passionate about leveraging AI, optimising GTM processes, and enabling teams to be more productive, we’d love to hear from you.
