About this Position

We are seeking a talented and motivated Sr. Manager, Creative - Copywriting to join our dynamic creative team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling and differentiated copy that supports and elevates our brand’s voice across multiple channels. As an integral part of the creative leadership team, you’ll mentor junior writers, lead brainstorming sessions, and drive creative strategy from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality copy for a range of deliverables, including advertising campaigns, digital content, websites, social media, video scripts, and more.

  • Collaborate with designers, art directors, and other team members to create cohesive and engaging creative concepts.

  • Oversee and refine the work of junior writers, providing constructive feedback and ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging.

  • Lead creative brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas that align with brand strategy and business objectives.

  • Present concepts and copy to clients, ensuring ideas are well articulated and aligned with their vision.

  • Maintain brand voice and consistency across all touchpoints.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate and push creative boundaries.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in copywriting, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role, preferably within an agency or creative environment.

  • Agency and in-house experience. 

  • Exceptional writing prowess across all forms of copy from white papers to campaigns to social.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, including advertising, digital, and branded content.

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and mediums.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients.

  • Experience mentoring and providing feedback to junior creatives.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the tech sector.

  • Knowledge of content strategy and digital marketing trends.

  • A passion for creativity and a keen eye for detail.

  • Curiosity around AI within the creative process.

The annual gross base salary range for this position is $134,400 - $168,000 plus variable compensation.
