This role sits at the intersection of legal, creative, and commercial execution within a fast-paced, creator-driven environment. You will oversee the negotiation, drafting, and management of creator and talent agreements that support large-scale brand campaigns. Acting as a key business affairs partner, you will ensure content rights, intellectual property considerations, and contractual protections are properly structured and executed. The position requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders, creators, agents, and legal representatives to enable smooth deal flow and compliant content delivery. You will also contribute to reviewing creator content for rights and regulatory risks while helping refine operational workflows. This is a highly detail-oriented role that blends legal precision with the dynamic nature of the creator economy.
Accountabilities:- Review, draft, redline, and negotiate creator and talent agreements supporting brand campaigns.
- Coordinate contract workflows and approvals with internal teams to ensure timely execution.
- Communicate and negotiate directly with creators, agents, managers, and legal counsel on contract terms.
- Manage contract tracking systems and workflows (Asana, email, internal trackers) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Review creator content for intellectual property risks, usage rights, and compliance considerations.
- Support contract execution and provide ad hoc business affairs guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align legal, creative, and operational requirements.
- Ensure all agreements comply with relevant advertising, marketing, and social media regulations.
- Maintain organized documentation and clear communication across all contract stages.
- Support continuous improvement of business affairs processes and workflows.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in business affairs, entertainment, marketing, social media, or creator economy roles.
- Proven experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating talent or creator agreements.
- Strong understanding of intellectual property, content rights, and clearance processes.
- Familiarity with social media marketing ecosystems and influencer/creator workflows.
- Knowledge of advertising regulations such as FTC guidelines strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to negotiate effectively.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage fast-moving workloads.
- Comfortable working flexible hours when required to support global collaboration.
- Strong organizational skills with experience using workflow and tracking tools.
