Sr. IT Manager - REMOTE

• Lead MuleSoft enablement strategy and execution
• Collaborate with integration teams and enterprise architects
• Establish best practices and governance models for MuleSoft development
• Provide technical oversight on API design and performance optimization

• Mentor and lead teams through career development

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• 8+ years of relevant experience in technology and integration initiatives
• Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and architecture
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in designing API and integration solutions
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and integration technologies
• Familiarity with DevOps practices related to MuleSoft deployments
• Understanding of data privacy and security compliance standards
