This role sits at the intersection of Human Resources and technology, acting as a key bridge between HR stakeholders and system capabilities. You will analyze, design, and optimize HR processes and systems to ensure they effectively support organizational goals and deliver a seamless employee experience. Operating as a third-tier HR operations expert, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HRIS platforms and ensure data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency. The position involves translating business needs into functional system requirements, supporting system upgrades, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will also play a key role in testing new solutions before deployment and ensuring successful adoption across HR functions. Accountabilities:
  • Partner with HR stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear functional specifications for HR systems and digital solutions.
  • Analyze and optimize HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning, and benefits administration to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Support HRIS system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements while conducting testing to ensure functionality and readiness before deployment.
  • Perform gap analysis and recommend system or process improvements aligned with best practices, compliance requirements, and business needs.
  • Maintain system documentation, process flows, and user guides while ensuring data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide advanced HRIS support, troubleshoot system issues, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR, HRIP) are a plus.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HRIS, HR systems analysis, business analysis, or HR operations within a complex organization.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP, or ServiceNow.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret both quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams with HR, IT, and external vendors in a collaborative, service-oriented environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, data privacy regulations, and employment law compliance.
  • Adaptability and curiosity to learn new systems, tools, and evolving HR technologies.
