Sr. Fullstack Java Developer (Remote - US)

This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Fullstack Java Developer to manage and contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment. You will work on building, maintaining, and upgrading high-quality applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of robust solutions. The position requires strong technical expertise in Java and Angular, as well as experience with project management tools and development processes. You will participate in automated testing, provide actionable feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This is a highly collaborative role where your contributions will directly impact software quality, functionality, and user satisfaction.

Accountabilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of software development, from initial concept to deployment and maintenance.
• Oversee, guide, and participate in analyzing, writing, building, and deploying software applications.
• Maintain and upgrade deployed software to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Implement and monitor automated testing, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Modify and test changes to previously developed programs to address issues or enhance functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in fullstack development, with strong expertise in both Java and Angular.
• Experience using JIRA or similar project management and issue tracking tools.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work full-time US shift hours (night shift Philippine time, no flexibility).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with automated testing and software development best practices.
