Accountabilities:

Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide strategic, consultative recruitment guidance
Design and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across specialized sectors
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive outreach, networking, and market mapping
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation
Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Provide insights on market trends, talent availability, and hiring challenges, along with actionable recommendations
Collaborate with stakeholders to overcome hiring roadblocks and optimize recruitment outcomes

Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare, health tech, or related sectors
Proven experience recruiting for domains such as Payor/Provider, Revenue Cycle Management, Value-Based Care, or Healthcare IT
Strong ability to engage and recruit executive and leadership-level talent
Expertise in sourcing techniques, including data mining and talent mapping
Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships with hiring managers in a consultative capacity
Experience working in a recruitment agency or executive search firm is highly desirable
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
