This role combines strategic vision with hands-on implementation, supporting the design and continuous improvement of a modern, integrated HR tech stack.</p><p>You'll work with tools including <strong>Workday, Greenhouse, ModernLoop, OverseasConnect, Vistra, <a href="http://remote.com/">Remote.com</a>, Sparrow, CultureAmp</strong>, and <strong>Organimi</strong>. You'll partner closely with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, employee-centered experiences.</p><p>Success in this role requires a strong understanding of the employee lifecycle, <strong>proven ability to implement enterprise-grade HR systems like Workday</strong>, and a forward-thinking approach grounded in <strong>AI-first principles</strong>.
