This hybrid role combines business systems analysis and finance architecture, shaping how we scale our Quote-to-Cash (Q2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.<br><br>You'll act as a key partner to Finance, Accounting, RevOps, Procurement, and IT, delivering scalable solutions that enable automation, compliance, and real-time visibility. With an AI-first mindset, you'll guide the modernization of our finance systems ecosystem, optimizing for integration, accuracy, and business velocity.<br><br><strong><u>Key Responsibilities-</u></strong><br><br><strong>Strategy & Architecture</strong><br><br>Lead the design and implementation of future-state finance system architecture, ensuring alignment with business growth, compliance, and automation goals<br><br>Translate business needs into scalable, integrated solutions across core financial processes<br><br>Contribute to developing roadmaps to drive operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making<br><br><strong>Business Analysis & Delivery</strong><br><br>Gather and document business requirements, map current and future state processes, and create clear user stories and test plans<br><br>Design, configure, and deploy enhancements across the finance systems landscape, particularly in Quote-to-Cash and revenue recognition workflows<br><br>Lead user acceptance testing cycles, manage stakeholder communications, and support change enablement<br><br><strong>AI-First Modernization</strong><br><br>Identify opportunities to embed AI and automation in financial operations—from approvals and reconciliations to forecasting and anomaly detection<br><br>Serve as an internal thought leader in applying intelligent automation to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy<br><br><strong>Governance & Compliance</strong><br><br>Ensure all systems and processes are compliant with SOX and other relevant financial regulations<br><br>Support month-end close, audit documentation, and ongoing internal control testing<br><br>Partner with cross-functional teams to translate finance policy into system logic<br><br><strong>Team Enablement & Leadership</strong><br><br>Mentor junior team members and help define operating models for a growing finance systems function<br><br>Contribute to onboarding and knowledge sharing as we expand the team and capabilities<br><br><strong><u>Qualifications-</u></strong></div><div><br>10+ years in finance systems, business analysis, or solution architecture roles with a blend of strategic and hands-on experience<br>Strong knowledge of core Q2C, R2R, and P2P processes including revenue recognition and billing<br>Demonstrated experience designing and implementing scalable finance systems in high-growth environments<br>Familiarity with SOX, ASC 606, and financial compliance frameworks<br>Experience applying AI, automation, or intelligent workflows in finance<br>Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills<br>Experience with integration tools and cloud-based financial platforms is a plus<br>Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a team-first mindset</div><p> </p><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Compensation & Benefits</strong></span></p><p><strong>Salary</strong>: We offer competitive compensation packages commensurate with experience, including salary, equity, and where applicable, performance-based pay.
