Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Oversight: Provide leadership and strategic direction to align all partner activities with the overarching goals of the Grid Software engineering program.
Partnership Management: Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with technology, resourcing, and strategic partners. Ensure clear communication and alignment of expectations and objectives.
Program Coordination: Oversee the execution of engineering projects, ensuring all partner contributions are integrated effectively and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with partnership engagements and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate the success of partner contributions and the overall program.
Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives for process improvements and innovation in collaboration with partners to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.

The base pay range for this position is 145,600.00 - 182,000.00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 20% Variable Incentive Bonus. This posting is expected to close on March 24, 2025.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
