This senior leadership role sits at the center of a fast-growing medical technology business, responsible for defining and executing the global strategy for training, education, and field readiness. You will shape how field teams, sales specialists, and service professionals are trained, certified, and continuously upskilled to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. Accountabilities:- Define and lead the end-to-end training and education strategy for sales and service teams, including planning, execution, certification, and ongoing upskilling programs.
- Build, develop, and manage a high-performing team of training professionals, fostering accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and performance excellence.
- Design scalable training pathways, curriculum frameworks, and learning materials in partnership with product and curriculum development teams.
- Establish and manage training analytics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to measure effectiveness and inform leadership decisions.
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of product, sales, and service training programs, ensuring alignment with business and customer needs.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, IT, and leadership teams to ensure seamless integration of training initiatives into broader business strategies.
- Drive adoption of innovative learning methods, tools, and technologies to enhance training impact and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 15+ years of relevant experience, including at least 10 years in managerial or senior leadership roles within training, education, or commercial enablement functions.
- Strong experience in medical device, healthcare, or similarly regulated environments with complex product and sales ecosystems.
- Proven ability to design and scale enterprise-level training strategies, frameworks, and certification programs.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale training operations in matrixed organizations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and guide decision-making.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level engagement.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities and driving strategic initiatives.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and change management capabilities, with a continuous improvement mindset.
