This senior leadership role sits at the core of revenue strategy and execution, owning the end-to-end revenue lifecycle across pipeline generation, sales execution, customer expansion, and renewal. You will act as a trusted strategic partner to field leadership teams, including Sales, SDR, Partner, Post-Sales, and Solutions Consulting, ensuring alignment, operational excellence, and data-driven decision-making across the go-to-market organization. The role blends strategic advisory, analytical depth, and operational leadership to improve revenue efficiency and performance at scale. You will lead cross-functional initiatives spanning Finance, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to optimize the full revenue engine. With ownership of insights, systems, and business rhythms, you will help shape how revenue is forecasted, generated, and accelerated. This is a high-impact, highly visible role requiring strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to influence at the executive level.
Accountabilities:- Own the full revenue lifecycle, ensuring alignment and optimization across pipeline generation, conversion, expansion, and renewal to drive consistent revenue growth.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior field leaders, supporting territory planning, quota setting, capacity modeling, forecasting, and overall business performance.
- Design and manage revenue operating rhythms, including QBRs, pipeline reviews, forecasting processes, and executive business reporting.
- Analyze revenue performance, pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales effectiveness to identify bottlenecks and drive actionable improvements.
- Build and maintain executive dashboards and predictive models to support decision-making across revenue, forecasting, and go-to-market strategy.
- Own business requirements for revenue systems and tools, ensuring effective CRM usage, process adoption, and operational efficiency across teams.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with Finance, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align strategy and improve end-to-end customer experience.
- Manage and develop a high-performing business partner team, setting priorities, fostering growth, and scaling operational impact.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or strategic business partnership roles within B2B SaaS or similar environments.
- 3+ years of people management experience, including leadership of managers or senior individual contributors.
- Strong understanding of the full revenue lifecycle, including pipeline generation, sales execution, forecasting, and customer expansion.
- Proven ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience using tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce and modern revenue tech stacks, with strong process optimization capabilities.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
