This senior leadership role sits at the intersection of healthcare data strategy, product innovation, and enterprise-grade master data management. You will define and drive the vision for scalable MDM solutions that improve data accuracy, interoperability, and decision-making across complex healthcare ecosystems. The role combines product leadership with consultative engagement, requiring close collaboration with healthcare payer clients to translate business needs into impactful data solutions. You will also oversee delivery excellence for large-scale implementations, ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and measurable outcomes. Accountabilities:- Define and lead the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for healthcare Master Data Management (MDM) solutions across enterprise healthcare domains.
- Drive development and enhancement of scalable MDM capabilities that support data integrity, interoperability, and advanced analytics.
- Lead go-to-market strategies and ensure product direction is informed by data insights, customer needs, and market trends.
- Act as delivery executive for large, complex healthcare payer engagements, ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior healthcare executives, shaping solution design and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Lead and develop product management and consulting teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer focus.
- Own financial performance, including P&L management, forecasting, and KPI tracking for product and delivery portfolios.
- Champion Agile and Lean methodologies to improve execution efficiency and product delivery outcomes.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of leadership experience in healthcare consulting, product management, or data-driven technology solutions.
- Strong expertise in healthcare payer environments and deep understanding of healthcare data ecosystems.
- Proven experience leading or delivering Master Data Management (MDM) solutions at enterprise scale.
- Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, manage roadmaps, and drive go-to-market execution.
- Strong background in client-facing advisory roles with executive-level communication and influence skills.
- Experience managing P&L, financial forecasting, and performance metrics for complex product portfolios.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, consulting, and delivery functions.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred, along with PMP or Agile certification considered a plus.
