  • Serve as a trusted advisor to HR leaders, benefits executives, and consultants, communicating product value and differentiation effectively.
  • Lead RFP processes, finalist presentations, and contract negotiations for complex, high-value enterprise deals.
  • Build and execute outreach and pipeline generation strategies to strengthen market presence and accelerate deal flow.

  • Support onboarding and implementation processes in coordination with internal operations, product, and client success teams.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics within pharmacy benefits and employee benefits markets.
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences and events to strengthen brand awareness and partnership networks.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

  • 12–15+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or strategic account management within healthcare, pharmacy benefits, or employee benefits industries.
  • Strong track record of building relationships with employer decision-makers, HR leaders, and benefits consultants.
  • Deep understanding of pharmacy benefits, claims processing, and employee benefits administration ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to lead complex consultative sales cycles, including RFPs and large-scale contract negotiations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong CRM discipline and ability to manage complex pipelines and multi-threaded opportunities.
  • Highly consultative, relationship-driven approach with strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

Benefits:

  • Competitive annual salary range: 164,000 – 350,000 USD depending on location
  • Eligibility for annual bonus, commission, and equity grant programs
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and mental health coverage
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match
  • Unlimited vacation policy and paid holidays
  • Paid sick leave and generous parental leave programs
  • Additional wellness, financial, fertility, and family support benefits
  • Pet insurance and supplemental life and disability coverage
  • Remote-friendly flexibility with strong cross-functional collaboration culture
