• 8+ years of experience in a strategic operational role.
• 5+ years leading project teams with a track record of success.
• 3-5 years of consulting experience in a management consulting firm or within a Fortune 500 company.
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
• Strong intellectual curiosity regarding emerging technologies.
• Exceptional resilience and critical thinking capabilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization software is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
