This role is dedicated to building the economic value proposition for peripheral nerve repair and ensuring patient access to Axogen’s innovative technologies. By developing and deploying health economic models, value tools, and reimbursement strategies, this leader educates hospitals, health systems, and payers on the clinical and economic benefits of Axogen’s solutions. The Sr. Director will translate complex reimbursement and policy landscapes into actionable insights that accelerate market adoption, influence decision-making, and drive sustainable growth.
