This senior leadership role is responsible for defining and elevating the end-to-end digital experience across a national nonprofit’s ecosystem, with a strong focus on website strategy, UX, accessibility, and cross-platform consistency. You will shape a multi-year vision for digital transformation, ensuring intuitive, inclusive, and high-performing experiences for diverse audiences. Operating in a fully remote, mission-driven environment, you will collaborate closely with marketing, IT, content, and leadership teams to modernize digital touchpoints. The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on UX leadership, including optimization of user journeys, content architecture, and digital engagement. You will also explore emerging technologies, including AI-enabled capabilities, to enhance discoverability and personalization.
