The Opportunity –

We’re a diverse creative group that crafts award-winning experiences in partnership with an exciting portfolio of sports, lifestyle, and entertainment clients, and we’re on the lookout for an amazing Sr Director 3D Design to join our fast-growing team!

Who You Are –

Collaborative, passionate, innovative — we’re looking for an experienced Sr Director, 3D Design who has vision and can flex their skills on a variety of exciting projects. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and can work alongside an integrated team to design meaningful environments that leave our clients beaming.

What You’ll Do –

Pairing your advanced technical knowhow with your 3D artistry, you’ll translate ideas into powerful environmental design while collaborating closely with account leads, project management, and production to take creative ideas to the next level. From brainstorms to design to communicating on presentations, you’ll help push clients to bigger and better places, all while staying on top of industry and design trends that keep brands relevant in their respective spaces.

Other Responsibilities –

• Ability to work from concept to development to execution
• Manage, mentor and grow the skills of more junior designers
• Collaborate with production on timelines to incorporate 3D deliverables
• Create and oversee materials for client campaigns
• Understand creative brief asks and client goals
• Understand brand style guides and expression
• Maintain positive relationship with interdepartmental teams and clients
• Work with third party vendors as required
• Maintain an understanding of current and upcoming projects
• Develop a trusting and communicative relationship with creative team members

What You’ll Need –

• 8+ years relevant experience - environmental, exhibit, installation design
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates sketch to render to production drawings
• Ability to prepare files for production, working with specified parameters per project
• Ability to absorb and apply feedback from peers and clients
• Proactive ability to think strategically and creatively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and highly organized
• Ability to multi-task
   
  Base salary range: $140-170K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role.
  Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role
