This role is a senior technical position focused on building, scaling, and securing a mission-critical Azure-based SaaS platform that supports highly regulated and security-sensitive environments. You will play a key role in designing and maintaining cloud infrastructure that ensures high availability, performance, and compliance for enterprise-grade systems. Operating within a fast-paced and highly collaborative engineering organization, you will drive automation, reliability, and operational excellence across the entire DevOps lifecycle. This position requires strong expertise in cloud-native architectures, CI/CD systems, and infrastructure-as-code practices. You will also contribute directly to security and compliance initiatives, including FedRAMP readiness, while supporting production systems and incident response. This is a high-impact role for an engineer passionate about scalable systems, reliability engineering, and secure cloud infrastructure.
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering roles, including at least 3+ years working with Azure cloud environments. You have hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and managing cloud-native workloads at scale. Strong expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, along with scripting skills in Python and/or Bash, is required. You are experienced in designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for microservices and distributed systems. A strong understanding of observability, monitoring, incident management, and reliability engineering practices is essential. Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, SOC2, or similar regulated environments is highly valued. You bring excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work effectively across distributed teams.
