We are actively seeking a Sr. Delivery Manager, NAMER. The role will report directly to the Sr. Director, Professional Services - NAMER.  The Sr. Delivery Manager, NAMER will be based in the US and may work from a remote office. The role may require periodic travel as necessary across the world.

Position Summary 

As part of our Rimini Consult group, the Sr. Delivery Manager, NAMER, will have experience in managing and delivering multi-disciplinary projects or programs in challenging environments including excellent consulting and functional skills with specific experience focused on SAP and/or Oracle Platforms and other ERP solutions. He/she is expected to oversee and partner with existing internal and external subject matter experts in various technologies to develop proposals and project implementation plans and have an extensive background and experience in ERP consulting.

The role encompasses driving Project Implementations, Product Roadmap Analyses, reviewing and analyzing current system functionality. He/she will collaborate with all levels of client and internal IT (Information Technology) staff, while demonstrating professional written and oral communication skills, deep analytical skills, functional expertise, solution orientation, strategic thinking, the ability to establish rapport at all levels within the organization, and the ability to drive consensus.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Project Management and Governance:

  • Participate in the entire project lifecycle, from scoping and planning to execution and delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to define project scope, timeline, and resource requirements.
  • Manage resources effectively, ensuring the right skills and expertise for each project.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective measures.
  • Provide technical guidance and oversee the implementation process, ensuring successful deployment.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Ensure adherence to industry best practices and quality standards throughout the implementation.
  • Address client concerns or escalations promptly, maintaining strong relationships.

Pre-Sales:

  • Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales teams during pre-sales activities, providing technical expertise and solutions.
  • Manage client expectations, ensuring alignment between project deliverables and customer needs.

This role is expected to be at least 80% billable.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Computer Sciences and/or Information Technology or related field.

Desired Experience

  • 5 - 8 years’ experience leading full lifecycle ERP implementations and Upgrade projects. Experience in one or more of the functional domains (RTR, OTC, RTP, PTP, HCM, etc.). Confidence in discussing technology concepts, trade-offs, and opportunities in the field of ECC, S/4HANA, ABAP, PI/PO, MDG, GRC, SLT, Basis, Security, etc.  AND/OR leading Oracle/EBS ERP projects end to end, including Oracle Cloud, HCM, SCM, Financials, Oracle Application Framework, PL/SQL, and Oracle Databases and one or more of the following domains: OM, AR, AP, PO, and INV modules.
  • Experience with a variety of project delivery methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, SCRUM, etc.
  • 12+ years consulting or functional support experience working with enterprise applications, including strong client management experience.
  • Demonstrated, proven track record in helping clients leverage their IT solutions to meet business objectives.

  • Strong local language and English verbal and written communication skills (above TOEIC score 740 level)
  • Business-Level English verbal & written communication skills required, and fluency in Spanish a big plus.

Compensation is based on role, location, and level of applicable experience. 

Rimini’s target pay for each position is available upon request during the applicant’s Interview process.

The general salary range for this type of role is 110k - 138k depending on skills and experience.
