This role offers the opportunity to transform complex data into actionable insights that directly impact business decisions and client outcomes. As a Sr Data Analyst, you will work with diverse teams across strategy, media, and account management to provide measurement, analysis, and storytelling that drives media effectiveness. You’ll engage with a variety of data sources and analytical methods to uncover trends, optimize media strategies, and support both qualitative and quantitative research. This position blends technical expertise with creative problem-solving, offering exposure to advanced modeling, data visualization, and multi-channel analytics. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding decision-making with data-driven insights, while contributing to a collaborative and values-driven work environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Transform raw data into compelling visualizations and narratives to communicate insights effectively to clients and internal teams.
  • Translate business questions into actionable measurement frameworks and analytical approaches.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research, including consumer profiling, media channel analysis, brand health evaluation, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Provide guidance on historical media performance and support optimal media budget allocation across channels.
  • Collaborate with strategy, account, and new business teams to ensure data-driven decision-making across projects.
  • Maintain and enhance dashboards and analytical tools to support ongoing measurement and reporting needs.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field.
  • Strong experience creating data visualizations and dashboards to support media investment and strategy.
  • Familiarity with media research tools such as YouGov, MRI-Simmons, Scarborough, GWI, Vivvix, Pathmatics, or Nielsen Media Impact.
  • Hands-on experience with media measurement methods, including marketing mix modeling (MMM), multi-touch attribution (MTA), experimentation, or brand lift studies.
  • Knowledge of statistical techniques such as multivariate regression, clustering, optimization, and forecasting.
  • Familiarity with programming languages like R, Python, SQL, or dbt is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
