About the Role

We empower insurance agencies with the most advanced, flexible, and intuitive agency management system on the market. As the Sr. Customer Success Manager, you’re accountable for successful customer outcomes. In this multi-faceted role, you’ll work with a highly collaborative team responsible for onboarding new customers, ensuring implementation success, and driving value throughout the customer journey.You will be the trusted partner to our customers, helping them unlock the full potential of the amplo platform. We’re looking for a collaborative, customer-first candidate with a proven ability to lead both delivery and success teams, solve complex problems, and scale programs that directly impact customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

What You’ll Do

Customer Success strategy: You’ll ensure customers are continuously supported, engaged, and set up for long-term growth. You will build deep partnerships, guide product adoption, surface expansion opportunities, and proactively address risks to drive renewals and customer health.

Cross-functional Collaboration: You’ll serve as the connective tissue between each department. Through collaboration and regular feedback loops, you’ll surface friction or unmet needs and help inform product enhancements. You’ll also partner with Onboarding and Solutions counterparts to ensure seamless handoffs into post-onboarding relationship management.

Customer Health & Operational Excellence: You’ll monitor and refine KPIs across onboarding, adoption, and retention. You’ll own success planning and feedback loops, using insights to inform strategic initiatives and improve service delivery. You’ll also support the development of enablement materials, templates, and automation to scale the team’s impact.

Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Implementation within a B2B SaaS environment, including at least 1–2 years in a people management or team lead role.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills across both business and technical audiences.

  • Adaptable and comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with a bias toward action.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce or industry-specific platforms (insurance experience a plus).

The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
