SUMMARY

The Sr. Consumer Insights Analyst - Compounding analyzes large data sets across existing customer and prospect databases to assess pharmacy sales, consumer behavior, predictive modeling, and the effectiveness of cross-channel campaigns.  As a member of the Compounding Pharmacy team, you will work in a highly collaborative environment to communicate trends and align marketing, sales, operations and service activities to manage and nurture the company’s engagement with partners, veterinary practices, and pet owners. To influence strategy and achieve company goals, you will utilize multi-channel transactional and demographic data. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using the latest analytics and visualization tools, such as SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau to identify and track strategic opportunities across the company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Become a Subject Matter Expert on the Domains assigned, working within the Compounding team. 
  • Gather and document requirements from both internal and external customers 
  • Collaborates with team in identifying workflow and process gaps and issues 
  • Collect and analyze data and present research, findings, and recommendations to cross-functional teams including marketing, strategic partnerships, supply chain, operations, finance and technology 
  • Prepare detailed weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports and clearly communicate key findings to internal and external stakeholders 
  • Report out on KPIs, and ROI of key initiatives
  • Identify, prioritize and generate ad hoc analysis, scheduled reports and executive dashboards
  • Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports
  • Identify strategies to increase consumer engagement across channels utilizing sophisticated behavioral and transactional data sources  
  • Support the development of predictive analytics and audience segmentation strategies to advance audience engagement; ultimately helping our veterinarian partners improve patient health 
  • Be a thought leader in the prescription management space. Identify trends and make recommendations for the long-term health of the company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • 3-5 years experience in business analysis or related fields; requirement elicitation and writing experience strongly preferred.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • Tableau certification(s) desired, but not required

COMPETENCIES (SKILLS AND ABILITIES)

  • Experience with modern data visualization tools strongly desired (Tableau)
  • Experience with modern analytics tools desired (MS Excel required, Alteryx desired, Snowflake desired) for reporting or business scenario modeling
  • Demonstrable track record of managing cross-functional projects to achieve critical business initiatives 
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, active listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to think critically and creatively to contribute in a team environment 
  • A pervasive acumen for delivering quality with demonstrable evidence 
  • Strong time-management skills; excellent follow-up skills required 
  • Demonstrated proficiency in extracting knowledge and insights from structured and unstructured data
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Self-directed operating with passion, urgency, focus and discipline

Salary may vary depending on factors such as confirmed job-related skills, experience, and location.

However, the pay range for this position is as follows. Sales Positions are eligible for a Variable Incentive

$67,100.00 - $124,500.00
