About the Role
Lyra is looking for a Sr. Clinical Researcher to help us evaluate the effectiveness and impact of Lyra’s various mental health and well-being services using clinical research. You would serve as a subject matter expert on the state of clinical practice and research in mental health to internal stakeholders, including clinical product, data science, and marketing teams. You would help generate ideas for novel research, leveraging clinical outcome measures and product utilization data. You would conduct statistical analyses and contribute to write-ups of research efforts, including submitting to peer-reviewed publications as an author or co-author. You would support broader efforts around science communication for external non-science partners, such as customers, benefits consultants, and the broader workforce well-being community.
You will be a member of a highly skilled, fun, efficient, and collaborative team with an established track record for conducting, evaluating, and publishing peer-reviewed research on clinical outcomes for Lyra’s programs. In this role, you will work closely with other clinical researchers, health economists, psychologists, and data scientists. By evaluating clinical programs that reach millions of clients, your work will help create meaningful positive change on a large scale. Your work will also directly impact the broader field of digital mental health by setting an industry standard for excellence in clinical research.
