Develop a cadence and motivation that keeps stakeholders focused on key objectives and results. Design and evolve reports to maintain stride with a dynamic and rapidly growing organization, including but not limited to: - Sales Forecasting - Marketing Efficacy - Pipeline trending and management - Activity tracking, Return on Marketing Investment - Campaign effectiveness - Lead quality - Sale pipeline target development - Sales team performance measurement</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(40, 40, 40);">Work with cross functional teams to ensure data integrity and provide the “single source of truth” for reporting.</li><li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(40, 40, 40);">Identify productivity metrics for each role in the organization.
