This role is focused on designing and delivering enterprise-scale cloud solutions leveraging AWS technologies, with a strong emphasis on Amazon Connect and contact center modernization. You will work closely with solution architects and cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions. The environment is highly innovative, combining AI-driven platforms, cloud-native architecture, and modern development practices. You will play a key role in building integrations, optimizing workflows, and enabling advanced customer engagement capabilities. This position requires strong hands-on engineering expertise and a passion for developing production-ready cloud applications. Accountabilities:- Collaborate with solution architects to design and implement enterprise contact center solutions built on AWS and Amazon Connect
- Develop and configure cloud-native applications using AWS services, ensuring scalability, security, and performance best practices
- Build and maintain integrations across multiple systems using REST APIs and modern application architectures
- Configure and support Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect environments
- Lead hands-on development efforts, including solution design, coding, testing, and deployment
- Guide and support development teams through task allocation, code reviews, and technical oversight
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using AWS tools such as CloudFormation and Lambda
- Provide technical advisory input during requirements gathering and business process analysis
- Deliver technical documentation and end-user training to support solution adoption
Requirements:
- 6+ years of hands-on software development experience using Python, Java, C#, .NET, or Node.js
- Strong experience working with AWS services, including Lambda, CloudFormation, and related cloud-native tools
- Proven background in building and integrating RESTful APIs across distributed systems
- Solid understanding of JSON-based services and cloud application architecture
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code practices
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills in production environments
- Experience working on contact center or CRM-related solutions is highly desirable
- Familiarity with Amazon Connect or similar platforms is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
- AWS or Salesforce certifications are a plus (Developer, Architect, or Administrator tracks)
