• Develop and enhance custom ServiceNow Service Portals for optimal user experience.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex data integrations.
• Oversee deployment and configuration of ServiceNow instances across environments.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
• Support proposal efforts by writing sections and providing estimates.

• 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.
• Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow core modules and best practices.
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
• Experience in custom widget creation and Service Portal development.
• Strong background in data integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Understanding of ITIL frameworks and ITSM processes.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical interactions.
