This role is focused on transforming healthcare and operational data into actionable insights through advanced Tableau reporting and data visualization. You will play a key part in developing and maintaining dashboards that directly support performance evaluation and care model decision-making. Working in a highly collaborative environment, you will interact with clinicians, operational teams, analysts, and executive stakeholders to translate complex business needs into scalable reporting solutions. The position requires strong technical expertise in Tableau and SQL, combined with analytical thinking and the ability to communicate insights clearly to diverse audiences. You will contribute to improving data-driven decision-making processes in a mission-driven healthcare environment. This is a high-impact role where your work directly supports operational efficiency and patient care outcomes.


Accountabilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Tableau dashboards and reports used for performance tracking and care model evaluation
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for scalable and efficient Tableau reporting solutions
  • Develop and maintain Tableau data sources using SQL and relational database systems across multiple reporting outputs
  • Ensure adherence to reporting standards, documentation practices, and development lifecycle processes defined by the analytics team
  • Provide analytical support for ad-hoc requests using SQL and Tableau Desktop
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for reports, datasets, and analytical outputs
  • Present insights, findings, and reporting outputs to stakeholders, including executive leadership and clinical teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with peers, clinicians, and operational leaders to support data-driven decision-making

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in a relevant field such as data analytics, business, computer science, or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience developing Tableau dashboards and reports
  • 3–5 years of strong SQL and relational database experience, including writing and optimizing custom queries
  • Strong understanding of data visualization principles and reporting best practices
  • Experience working within a Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework is preferred
  • Healthcare data experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical insights to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and fast-paced environments
