HackerOne is seeking a Sr. Analyst, FP&A to support financial planning and analysis (FP&A) at our fast-growing technology company. This role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working cross-functionally, and wants to help drive financial excellence through strong analysis and execution.
You will support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while building strong partnerships with business leaders to improve visibility into performance and support decision-making. This position reports to the Manager, FP&A.

As a Sr. Analyst, FP&A, you will:
Support financial planning and analysis (FP&A): Assist in building budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning.
Partner with business teams: Collaborate with department leaders to track performance against budgets, analyze variances, and provide financial insights.
Conduct analysis and reporting: Prepare regular financial reports and dashboards that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities.
Enable decision-making: Create materials that summarize financial results and provide insights for internal stakeholders.
Maintain financial systems and processes: Work with the team to ensure accuracy in financial tools and reporting systems.
Contribute to process improvements: Help identify opportunities to streamline and scale finance processes.
3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting, ideally within a SaaS or high-growth technology company.
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
Strong experience with headcount planning, including tracking new hires, backfills, transfers, and tracking changes between scenario versions and actuals.
Experience with budgeting and forecasting in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with ERP systems (Workday or similar) and planning tools (Adaptive Planning experience strongly preferred).
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
