Sr. Account Executive - Fully remote (US)

In this role, you will drive revenue growth by selling enterprise-level software and services within the K-12 education sector. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and building strong relationships with decision-makers across your assigned territory. The role combines strategic sales planning with hands-on client engagement, requiring a consultative approach to understand client needs and present tailored solutions. You will collaborate closely with regional directors and cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and expand market presence. • Prospect and acquire new clients while upselling and cross-selling to existing accounts.
• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to increase pipeline and revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Accurately forecast quarterly and annual sales performance.
• Prepare tailored messaging, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients.
• Navigate school districts and educational organizations to identify and influence decision-makers.
• Log and maintain account information in Salesforce CRM in a timely and accurate manner.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in EdTech or enterprise software/SaaS.
• Experience selling at multiple organizational levels, including executive-level stakeholders.
• Strong consultative and strategic sales skills, with the ability to conduct detailed needs analysis and proposal development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Familiarity with educational pedagogy and LMS solutions is a plus.

• Competitive base salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year, with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $180,000 – $200,000 annually.
