Position Overview
The Sponsorship Contract Manager is responsible for the smooth delivery of sponsorship administration including management of the administration team, shared mailbox management, creating, issuing, tracking, reporting of sponsorship sales contracts and collaboratively working with wider operations team. Proactively working across multiple events to support the delivery of excellent sponsorship experience for clients and their sponsors ensuring we are hitting agreed KPIs. Includes process development and working collaboratively across teams to provide first-class, consistent experience for clients and sponsors. 


Responsibilities
Sponsorship Administration  
  • Develop and manage the sponsorship contract creation process ensuring approved contract templates with associated inclusions are ready for sales launch
  • Oversee the management of the sponsor contracts inbox 
  • Ensure sponsor contract templates and associated paperwork are fit for purpose and relevant for each event format, collaborating with the business and legal teams to review terms and conditions periodically
  • Responsible for issuing and coordinating the successful execution and completion of sponsor contracts including Master Service Agreements (MSA), using a variety of tools and leading the administration team to do the same
  • Ensure all sponsor contracts are signed and collaborate with billing and collections to ensure cash collected in line with clients and Nteractive policies
  • Partner with respective teams to ensure CRM is accurately maintained and kept up to date in respect of contract and invoice status
  • Proactive in developing and managing accurate internal and client reports in collaboration with team members, peers and client vendors
  • Using and communicating reports and updates to the team and client, advising on sponsor status in line with clients and Nteractive policies
  • Responsibility for looking aheadidentifying potential opportunities and challengesproviding and implementing workable solutions 
  • Collaborate with sponsor operations team to close out each event
Team leadership  
  • Lead the administration team to ensure a smooth day-to-day delivery of sponsor administration across multiple events
  • Becomes a champion for the ongoing development and daily administration of new operational tools
  • Always acts as the “voice of the sponsor” thinking “sponsor first” in an integrated manner that enhances the sponsor, client and attendee experience.
  • Where appropriatesupports or manages projects, sharing knowledge and experience to develop skills and role model the Nteractive values at all times.

The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experiences: 
  • Strong administration skills in a fast-paced environment 
  • proven track record of delivering high quality customer focused services 
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Teams experience preferred 
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
  • Ability to work at pace and under pressure 


    Base: $95,000 - $105,000. Compensation is determined on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience, along with its relationship to the base salaries of current team members that are similarly situated.
