Your Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Marketplace Operations Specialist to join our Social Commerce division. This role will be responsible for ensuring seamless operational processes, managing seller performance, and driving efficiency across the TikTok Shop ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce operations and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
In the 1st month, you will…
● Immerse yourself in BW’s culture, team, and social commerce philosophy.
● Understand the platform – Familiarize yourself with TikTok Shop’s ecosystem.
● Begin to oversee the day-to-day operations of our brand partners, ensuring shop set up, integrations, and active shops remain in good health.
● Work with internal teams to address operational issues and drive initiatives.
● Monitor performance, delivering insights and actionable recommendations to clients.
Sharpen your skills in Month 2 by…
● Create and generate regular reports on key performance indicators for key internal and external stakeholders.
● Develop standard operating procedures for marketplace operations.
● Analyze marketplace data to identify trends, optimize operations, and support strategic decisions.
● Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
● Start delivering measurable contributions to operational processes.
Desired Skills & Experience
● 2+ years’ experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or a similar role.
● Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Excel, Google Analytics, or data visualization platforms.
● Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
● Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
● Can communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal teammates.
● Experience with TikTok Shop or other social commerce platforms is a plus.
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
