This is an opportunity to work on large-scale virtualization infrastructure that directly supports global business operations and end users.

Accountabilities:
  • Own, administer, and optimize Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments, ensuring performance, availability, security, and compliance across enterprise infrastructure.
  • Maintain and support Citrix Cloud and Citrix ADC (NetScaler) platforms, including patching, upgrades, monitoring, and lifecycle management activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex Citrix and virtualization issues, including user session failures, connectivity challenges, and backend system integration problems.
  • Serve as a technical escalation point for Citrix-related incidents within IT operations, driving timely resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and project teams to support deployments, audits, system enhancements, and enterprise initiatives.
  • Document system configurations, operational procedures, and architecture decisions to ensure continuity, audit readiness, and knowledge sharing.
  • Mentor support teams and contribute to knowledge transfer, ensuring consistent operational support across global teams.

Requirements:

  • 6–10 years of experience managing Citrix environments, including Virtual Apps and Desktops and Citrix ADC (NetScaler), with strong enterprise-scale exposure.
  • Solid understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and enterprise virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex infrastructure, session, and connectivity issues.
  • Experience with system patching, monitoring, resiliency testing, and maintaining secure virtual environments.
  • Ability to document technical processes clearly and communicate effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work independently, manage priorities, and support multiple stakeholders.
  • Preferred certifications include Citrix CCP-V, CCP-N, Microsoft Windows Server/Azure Administrator, or VMware VCP.

Benefits:

  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $112,483.05 to $152,182.95 USD based on experience and qualifications.
  • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance for employees and eligible dependents.
  • Retirement and savings plans with strong employer contributions.
  • Annual discretionary bonus program and eligibility for long-term stock-based incentives.
  • Flexible work arrangements where applicable, supporting work-life balance.
  • Generous paid time off programs, including award-winning vacation policies.
  • Career development opportunities, training, and structured professional growth support.
