This role sits at the intersection of sales, product expertise, and technical consulting, supporting the adoption and expansion of advanced software solutions within an existing customer base. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers understand how new features and products can optimize their business workflows. The position requires the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear, business-focused value propositions tailored to customer needs. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, and implementation teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and alignment across stakeholders. Accountabilities:- Partner with sales teams to deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned with customer workflows and business processes.
- Evaluate customer needs and provide objective technical and business feedback on product fit and expansion opportunities.
- Support upsell and expansion initiatives by identifying opportunities to adopt additional features and solutions.
- Translate customer objections into actionable solutions by leveraging deep product and workflow knowledge.
- Respond to technical and functional requirements in RFIs and RFPs.
- Develop clear documentation and handoff materials for implementation and onboarding teams.
- Maintain and improve demo scripts and product messaging for internal sales enablement use.
- Act as a subject matter expert on product updates, releases, and their impact on customer environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share customer insights and influence product improvements.
- Ensure alignment between technical solutions and customer business goals throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Product, or Software Engineering roles.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex software systems.
- Experience working in or supporting sales organizations in a customer-facing capacity.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively across sales, product, engineering, and implementation teams.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and enterprise software environments is highly desirable.
- Background in field service industries or marketing technology is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to evaluate business and technical requirements.
- Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn new technologies and product capabilities.
