Scrunch AI helps top brands, agencies, and enterprises adapt to the AI-first internet. Our monitoring platform is already used by hundreds of customers. We are now launching our second product, the Agent Experience Platform. It creates a version of a customer's website optimized for usage by AI agents, with no impact on the human-facing site. Your role in Solutions Engineering will be central to making this product — and Scrunch — succeed.

We are a small, experienced team that ships every day. We value speed, clarity, and learning. As a Solutions Engineer you will:

  • Work directly with customers. You’ll own technical onboarding and implementation, becoming a trusted expert who can see around corners, helping customers avoid problems and seize opportunities.

  • Build reusable components — API clients, workflow and data integrations, automated tests and health checks, mini-apps and programmatic demos, and more.

  • Support our Sales team with technical expertise.

Your work will shape how customers adopt both AI Monitoring and Agent Experience.

What you will do

  • Lead onboarding and technical delivery for new customers

  • Configure and/or advise on API and data integrations

  • Partner with sales and product teams to ensure customers are qualified and technically ready to implement advanced AI Monitoring & the Agent Experience platform

  • Write documentation, playbooks and automations to make future customer onboarding faster

  • Bring structured feedback from customers into the product roadmap

What we look for

  • 2–6 years in customer-facing technical roles such as solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or implementation

  • Ability to build demos & automations using Python or TypeScript, cloud computing, and SQL

  • Clear communication with both engineers and business stakeholders

  • Experience working with customers in both pre-sales and post-sales contexts

  • A startup mindset: high ownership, speed, and ability to work through ambiguity

Nice to have

  • Experience with marketing tech, analytics, or monitoring tools

  • Familiarity with AI productivity and development tools like ChatGPT, v0, Lovable, etc.

  • History of successfully creating onboarding playbooks, automations, etc. that scaled under pressure
