As the Founding Solutions Engineer, you will be a critical member of our team, bridging the gap between technical capabilities and sales strategy. You will play a foundational role in shaping our go-to-market approach, designing scalable processes, and ensuring technical alignment with customer needs. This is a high-impact, early-stage role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Serve as the technical expert in customer engagements, translating technical capabilities into business value.
Partner closely with Sales to support discovery calls, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept efforts.
Build scalable processes and playbooks for technical pre-sales and implementation.
Act as the voice of the customer by providing feedback to Product and Engineering to enhance our offering.
Design and deliver compelling demonstrations that showcase the value of Nooks in solving customer pain points.
Create and maintain documentation, including technical FAQs, best practices, and implementation guides.
Establish strong relationships with prospects and customers, ensuring alignment with their goals and success criteria.
Collaborate across teams, including Sales, Product, and Marketing, to refine messaging and go-to-market strategies.
4+ years of Solutions Engineer experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Proven success at an early-stage company, demonstrating adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
Experience building and scaling processes from scratch.
Deep understanding of sales prospecting tools and workflows.
Comfortable writing prospecting sequences and working closely with sales teams.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Highly collaborative and proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational skills
Strong preference to be located in SF Bay Area
Experience working with sales prospecting tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, or ZoomInfo.
Familiarity with automation and AI tools for sales enablement.
A track record of success working with sales leaders or in sales-tech.

In compliance with pay transparency laws and in pursuit of pay equity and fairness, we publish salary ranges for our open roles. The target OTE for this role is $160,000 - $200,000.
