The Solutions Consultant – Total Rewards will serve as a strategic partner in designing, building, and rolling out integrated HR solutions that maximize business outcomes. This role works closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to understand priorities, streamline processes, and deliver data-driven, user-centric solutions. The position requires balancing enterprise-wide scalability with COE-specific needs while driving adoption and ensuring seamless implementation. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and vendors, manage solution roadmaps, and continuously identify opportunities for improvement. This is an ideal role for someone passionate about HR technology, process optimization, and creating meaningful impact at a global scale.

• Build trusted relationships with Total Rewards and other COE leaders to understand priorities, processes, and pain points
• Translate business needs into outcome-driven solution designs and use cases
• Lead end-to-end solution buildouts and rollouts, ensuring alignment with HR, IT, Finance, and Purchasing teams
• Oversee vendor management, including sourcing, onboarding, and performance monitoring
• Develop and maintain solution roadmaps, facilitating regular reviews for prioritization and progress
• Ensure solutions are scalable, user-centric, and integrated across the HR tech ecosystem
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and track key success metrics for adoption and business impact

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, HR technology, or business process consulting
• Strong ability to build partnerships and influence across functions in a matrixed environment
• Proven experience leading solution design, rollout, and vendor management initiatives
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and change management skills
• Familiarity with HR technology stacks, integration concepts, and data flows preferred

• Competitive base salary within the range of $124,200 – $165,300, with bonus potential based on performance
