This role sits at the intersection of product expertise, sales enablement, and strategic consulting within digital banking solutions for business and commercial clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping prospects and customers understand complex banking capabilities through tailored demonstrations and clear value storytelling. Working closely with product, sales, and implementation teams, you will translate technical banking workflows into compelling business outcomes. The position requires strong executive presence, deep domain knowledge, and the ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will also play a key role in shaping product positioning, supporting strategic deals, and ensuring alignment between roadmap evolution and market needs. This is a highly visible, client-facing role within a fast-evolving fintech environment where innovation, clarity, and credibility are essential.


Accountabilities

You will serve as a key subject matter expert across business and commercial banking solutions, enabling sales success and ensuring consistent product positioning across all client-facing interactions. You will also contribute directly to solution strategy, roadmap alignment, and customer engagement excellence.

  • Act as the primary SME for business and commercial banking products, ensuring deep understanding of capabilities, workflows, and client use cases
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations, ranging from executive-level storytelling to detailed technical walkthroughs
  • Partner with sales and product teams to align messaging, refine solution strategy, and support complex deal structuring
  • Maintain and enhance RFP content, ensuring accuracy and alignment with evolving product capabilities
  • Collaborate with product managers on release cycles, demo environments, and field feedback integration
  • Translate client requirements into structured inputs for scope definition, solution design, and statements of work
  • Ensure consistency and clarity in internal and external communications related to product value and roadmap direction

Requirements

This role requires strong experience in digital banking or fintech environments, with deep expertise in business and commercial banking solutions. You should combine technical fluency with strong storytelling, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • 10+ years of experience in digital banking, fintech, or financial services technology focused on commercial and business banking solutions
  • Strong expertise in treasury services, cash management, commercial lending, and business account workflows
  • Experience in solution consulting, sales engineering, product management, implementation, or solution architecture
  • Proven ability to deliver compelling, audience-specific product demonstrations to executive and technical stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, integrations, system architecture, and regulatory considerations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with strong executive presence
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across product, sales, marketing, and technical teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience); certifications such as AAP, APRP, or CTP are a plus
