As the Solutions Architect Manager, you will lead a team of solution architects, overseeing customer-facing technical initiatives to drive successful implementations of Glean’s AI-powered platform. You will play a critical role in guiding customers through complex architecture, design, and integration processes to meet their enterprise needs. This position is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, and who has a deep understanding of cloud technologies and enterprise systems.You will:<ul><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Build the consulting services team by hiring exceptional Solution Architects with deep technical expertise. Manage and mentor a team of Solutions Architects, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Build and manage a team of development and sustaining engineers who will develop and maintain custom connectors for a variety of business applications that will be connected to Glean</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Act as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise clients, guiding them through the architecture, design, and implementation of the platform.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with clients to integrate the platform into their existing systems and workflows, ensuring smooth and scalable adoption.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Partner with the Sales team to scope services proposals and sell services.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Support and R&D, to ensure seamless delivery of services.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Monitor and manage key metrics related to project delivery, resource utilization</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Provide technical leadership in resolving complex architectural challenges, driving continuous improvement in the product.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Build technical documentation, tools, and templates to streamline customer onboarding and integration processes.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product enhancements.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist with troubleshooting and remediation of technical issues, working with customers and internal teams to drive resolutions.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead initiatives to expand the adoption of the platform within customer environments, identifying opportunities for deeper integrations.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Represent the company at key client meetings and industry events, advocating for best practices in enterprise architecture and AI.</li></ul>About you:Leadership Skills:<ul><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a team of highly technical professionals.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven experience managing client relationships and leading successful technical projects.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven ability to hire and retain top talent.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Strategic thinking with a focus on customer success and long-term business impact.</li></ul>Technical Expertise:<ul><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) and strong understanding of SaaS and hybrid environments.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience with software development in at least two programming languages (Python, Java, Go).</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong knowledge of API integration, networking, and security protocols within enterprise systems.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Proficiency in debugging techniques, including log analysis, transaction tracing, and code review.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li style="font-size: 12pt;">10+ years of experience in a solutions architecture or similar role, with at least 5+ years in a managerial position.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience in enterprise-level pre-sales or post-sales architecture, professional services, or customer success.</li><li style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.</li></ul>Location:<ul><li style="font-size: 12pt;">This role is remote</li></ul>Compensation & Benefits:Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
