In order to bridge that gap, you’ll partner with members of the customer success team during technical calls with our customers. Reporting to the Solutions Architect Lead, you’ll be responsible for answering all functional and technical questions pertaining to the Iterable platform with a focus on our mobile offering.</span></p><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">You will also advocate for our customers by speaking to them to learn about their pain points. Within this range, individual pay is determined by specific US work location, as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and internal equity considerations.</p><p>Please note that the range listed above reflects only base salary. The total compensation package includes variable pay (where applicable), equity, plus a range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and financial.
