Solution Engineer

Accountabilities:

Analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize complex enterprise systems, including legacy and mainframe environments
Support customer onboarding, implementation processes, and post-deployment issue resolution
Identify root causes of technical issues and document findings with clarity and precision
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences
Apply large language models and prompt engineering techniques to solve real-world system challenges
Navigate logs, services, and operational runbooks to support system environments effectively
Act as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise stakeholders, ensuring successful solution adoption

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Solutions Engineering, Implementation Consulting, or Technical Support
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex systems
Experience working with enterprise B2B software environments and debugging technical issues
Ability to read and understand code (Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar languages)
Familiarity with Linux environments, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and basic networking concepts
Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration technologies like Kubernetes
Hands-on experience with large language models and prompt engineering techniques
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
Ability to work independently in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
Nice to have: experience with legacy technologies (e.g., COBOL), graph databases, AI workflows, or regulated industries
