This role sits at the intersection of engineering, customer success, and presales, driving the successful deployment of advanced safety technology solutions across customer environments. You will work directly with public safety agencies and enterprise clients to translate technical requirements into reliable, real-world implementations. The position is highly hands-on, requiring strong problem-solving skills, technical depth, and the ability to operate in fast-paced field environments. You will act as a trusted technical partner throughout the customer journey, from early discovery to post-deployment optimization. Collaboration is central to the role, as you will work closely with sales, product, operations, and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution. Accountabilities:- Design, configure, and execute technical deployment solutions for customer engagements across assigned regions
- Lead end-to-end deployment strategy from pre-sales discovery through full implementation and operational readiness
- Serve as a technical advisor to customers, ensuring solutions align with operational needs and product capabilities
- Conduct discovery sessions to gather requirements, define success metrics, and identify deployment risks or gaps
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during deployment and installation phases
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful outcomes
- Provide subject matter expertise on core technologies and product capabilities, including guidance on best-fit solutions
- Document best practices, field insights, and lessons learned to improve deployment efficiency and scalability
- Contribute feedback to product and engineering teams to enhance tools, workflows, and deployment processes
- Ensure smooth implementation by navigating technical, logistical, and regulatory constraints
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in solution engineering, deployment engineering, presales, technical consulting, or criminal justice-related technology roles
- Strong hands-on technical troubleshooting and implementation experience in customer-facing environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple deployments or projects in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Strong consultative mindset with a focus on customer problem-solving and outcome delivery
- Familiarity with software or hardware-based deployment environments is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to resolve issues under pressure
- Willingness to travel as needed for customer deployments and field support activities
