Solution Delivery Architect

This role is a senior customer-facing technical leadership position responsible for designing and delivering complex digital and information management solutions across enterprise environments. You will act as the primary architecture authority throughout the post-sales lifecycle, guiding clients from discovery through implementation and final acceptance. Working within a dynamic professional services environment, you will translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing solution designs. The role combines deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement, ensuring successful delivery of digitization, content management, and information governance platforms. You will collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to ensure solution integrity, compliance, and performance. This position is ideal for a hands-on architect who thrives in complex, global, and multi-stakeholder environments. Travel and cross-regional collaboration are expected.

Accountabilities:

Lead end-to-end solution design by translating customer requirements into detailed technical architectures for digital transformation, content management, and intelligent data processing solutions.
Serve as the primary technical authority during the post-sales cycle, guiding customers from discovery through implementation, testing, and final acceptance.
Validate, review, and authorize solution designs to ensure alignment with functional, security, performance, and contractual requirements.
Collaborate with customers and internal delivery teams to ensure successful deployment of Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), BPM/RPA, and information governance platforms.
Provide architectural oversight across complex implementations, ensuring scalability, reliability, and integration across enterprise systems.
Engage with senior stakeholders to influence technical direction and ensure alignment across business and technology objectives.
Support continuous improvement by refining solution standards, frameworks, and reusable architecture patterns.

Requirements

This role requires a highly experienced solution architect with a strong background in enterprise digital solutions, content management, and complex system integration. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong consulting and stakeholder management capabilities, thriving in client-facing environments and global delivery settings.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications such as AWS Architect, TOGAF, or Zachman are highly desirable.
Extensive experience in solution architecture or professional services delivery roles within enterprise or digital transformation environments.
Strong technical knowledge of programming languages and frameworks such as SQL, Python, .NET/C#, Java, JSON/XML, and REST APIs.
Experience with enterprise search and indexing technologies such as Elasticsearch or Solr.
Proven background in designing and delivering content management, information governance, or digital process automation solutions (IDP, BPM, RPA).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior technical and business leaders.
Ability to operate in complex, matrixed, and global environments with multiple concurrent projects.
Willingness to travel up to 30% as required.
