Job Description

This role manages projects and implementations, delivering solutions while building strong stakeholder relationships. You will thrive in fast-paced environments, coordinating across supply chain, engineering, and clinical teams within the Radiology Operations Command Center to ensure smooth deployments and operational success. 

Your Role:

  • Manage multiple high-speed projects simultaneously across hardware and software deployments, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Own the full project lifecycle from sales handoff through implementation and post-launch stabilization, with accountability for deployment checklists, go-live, and acceptance.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams customer (clinical, IT, management) and internal (technical, engineering, supply chain, and product) to ensure seamless execution and proactive risk management.
  • Engage directly with hospital stakeholders at multiple levels through regular status meetings and steering committees to; ensure alignment of project deliverables with operational and clinical objectives.
  • Anticipate challenges and drive solutions—particularly around supply chain coordination, stakeholder dependencies, and technical integration barriers.
  • Collaborate on product and business growth by sharing structured client feedback, surfacing recurring pain points, and recommending scalable improvements.
  • Oversee post-launch success, transition of accounts to customer success teams for ongoing support, and capture lessons learned.

You’re the Right Fit :

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, social science, or healthcare, with 5+ years of project management in healthcare informatics (radiology space is a plus).
  • A Strong Communicator with exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills; confident with executive stakeholders, clinicians, and technical teams alike; skilled at translating complex requirements into clear actions.
  • Proactive & Process-Driven and action-oriented with strong organizational skills; able to set up repeatable processes and scalable structures while executing immediate project needs.
  • Collaborative & Empathetic an excellent listener and relationship builder, balancing firm decision-making with diplomacy to move projects forward in complex stakeholder environments.
  • Passionate and committed to digital health, operational excellence, and improving the patient experience through innovation

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV is $71,250 to $114,000.

The pay range for this position in AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY is $75,000 to $120,000.

The pay range for this position in AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA is $78,750 to 126,000.

The pay range for this position in CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ is $84,000 to 134,400.

 

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.   

 

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.  Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here. 

 

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
