We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect to design, structure, and optimize technical solutions that align with complex business needs in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment. In this role, you will translate requirements into scalable architectures, collaborate with global teams, and guide customers through design and implementation processes. You will contribute to continuous product improvement while ensuring best practices across integrations, workflows, and enterprise systems. • Partnering with senior architects to analyze business and technical requirements, define solution scope, and document processes.
• Leading workshops, customer meetings, and design sessions to align stakeholders on solution direction.
• Collaborating with product, development, and cross-functional teams to design scalable and customer-centric solutions.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including Low-Level Designs and implementation guides.
• Evaluating, configuring, and customizing product features to meet customer needs while adhering to best practices.
• Troubleshooting issues, proposing solutions, and supporting post-implementation activities.
• Contributing insights to enhance product roadmap, solution quality, and delivery methodology.

• 6–12 years of SaaS experience in professional services or customer-facing roles.
• Proven experience in Field Service Management (required).
• Background working with high-growth, product-driven organizations (preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address product gaps and complex business needs.
• Experience delivering solutions in an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Solid understanding of enterprise applications, workflows, integrations, and databases.
• Working knowledge of data models, JavaScript, and JSON.
• Excellent English communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, reliability, and follow-through.
