This role a provides Cerner expertise, support, and knowledge transfer sessions to the National/VISN Councils/local workshops, and VA solution experts.</p><p><strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Bring the VA-assigned solution experts up to speed in their respective areas with solution knowledge.</li><li>Support translation of Cerner capabilities and nomenclature to enable VA understanding in partnership with the Solution Expert. </li><li>Review and help the Solution Management Administrators (SMA) with the task orders and deliverables, and ensure they are received on time and are completed accurately per program office requirements. </li><li>Provide support to the SMAs and members by assisting in the current state workflow/requirements analysis. </li><li>Assist in future state workflow design and diagrams. Identify potential risks and pain points in the workflows. </li><li>Assist with management, escalation, and resolution of trouble tickets and change requests. </li><li>Assist in reporting requirements/mapping/identification. </li><li>Assist in the development of EHRM testing scripts and support all EHRM testing types and EHRM testing events.</li><li>Review and assist in managing issues and risks with mitigation plans. </li><li>Work with Oracle Health and VA in build/design/workflow changes. </li><li>Assist in the review of training manuals and job aids. </li><li>Assist and support in cutover/go live planning and post go live support. </li><li>Assists with development and review of workplans. </li><li>Provide solution knowledge expertise in Scheduling. </li></ul><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>10+ years of professional work experience </li><li>Experience managing Information Technology related projects</li><li>Experience in tracking costs, schedule and performance progress</li><li>Able to identify and mitigate risks</li><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific /technical discipline or an additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirements</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in the VA </li><li>Preferred Millennium experience on code levels 2018 or higher</li><li>Preferred understanding of Cerner Model recommendations</li><li>Experience supporting the identification of root causes, courses of actions, and potential solutions to support any major incident or response efforts</li><li>Experience leveraging ServiceNow’s out-of-the-box features to customize reports and solutions for clients</li><li>Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholder groups to evaluate and escalate tickets </li><li>Strong leadership, written/oral communications, analysis, data gathering and organization skills</li><li>Experience facilitating reviews, evaluating scenarios for stakeholder impact, and collaborating with Solution Experts to provide recommendations for optimization and effective changes</li></ul><p><strong>Eligibility:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis</li><li>Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p><p>Salary for this position is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the candidate’s specific combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.</p><p><strong>Salary range:</strong> $115,000 - $130,000 </p><p>Blue Water Thinking offers a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), paid time off, federal holidays, and a matching 401K plan.</p><p> </p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Our Commitment to Equal Employment Opportunity.</strong></p><p>Blue Water Thinking, LLC (BWT) is committed to equal employment opportunity.
